Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! If you prefer to speak to someone before ordering, call us on 0402 833 251, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. If we’re unable to answer, leave a message and we’ll happily call you back.

How do I know if you received my order?

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you haven’t received it, email us and we’ll check for you.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Direct deposit is also available, but your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared. Email us for direct deposit instructions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship with Australia Post Parcel Post. You can generally expect your order within 5 business days, although delivery to capital cities is usually sooner.

What are the delivery charges?

Standard delivery within Australia is $10.95. We currently offer free shipping on Australian orders over $150.

International delivery charges are quoted individually. Contact us about international shipping.

Does Sweet Dreams ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship internationally. We’ll need a few details from you to provide a postage quote. Contact us to enquire.
