Our 60 Nights Sleep Trial & Returns Policy:

We wouldn't sell something we didn't completely believe in.

Sweet Dreams was built for women that deserve real results.

That's why we offer a 60 Day Sleep Trial on eligible products, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Take 60 nights, sleep in it, live in it. If you don't love it, send it back. 

No rush. No risk. Just better sleep. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your eligible purchase, you may at your own cost return it within 60 days of receiving your order for a refund of the original purchase price. 

Please note, refunds can only be credited to original payment method.

Return shipping and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Original shipping charges paid at check-out are non refundable. 

To be eligible:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
  • The item must be clean and freshly laundered before being returned.
  • The item must not be damaged through misuse, alteration or improper care.
  • Proof of purchase is required

To return an item

  1. Please find your order number and submit a Sweet Dreams Returns Form here.
  2. Neatly fold the items and place them in a mail satchel.
  3. Please post your return to:

For your protection, we recommend keeping proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. A refund can take up to 30 days to process, although we will aim to process refunds as quickly as possible within this timeframe.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If your item is faulty or damaged, significantly different from it's description, or does not meet consumer guarantees under ACL you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Where required by law, we will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs. 

Return process is outlined above. 

Exclusions

The 60-Day Sleep Trial does not apply to:

  • Gift Cards
  • Pillow Cases
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged through misuse, accident or improper care

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not replace your rights under the ACL.
