Returns & Exchanges
We will happily refund or exchange your order; however, please be advised that Sweet Dreams Sleepwear does not offer returns/exchanges on sale items. The exception to this policy is if the garment is faulty or defective, in which case we will first offer a replacement. If this is not possible, a store credit will be issued. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay all postage costs to return the items.
Returns are only accepted if the garments are unworn, in resalable condition, and have all tags attached. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction. Sweet Dreams Sleepwear will pay delivery on your first exchange (sent via Standard Parcel Post). Subsequent exchanges are charged at the standard delivery rate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return an item
- Please find your order number and submit a Sweet Dreams Returns Form here.
- Neatly fold the items and place them in a mail satchel.

For your protection, we recommend keeping proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. A refund can take up to 30 days to process, although we will aim to process refunds as quickly as possible within this timeframe.
